About the Role 

Reporting to the Senior Vice President Marketing, Polygon is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Coordinator. Assisting in all areas of our marketing team, this multi-faceted entry level position offers an immersive role within the vibrant real estate industry in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the creation, approval and printing of marketing collateral
• Administration of purchase orders and invoices
• Coordination of floorplan review, artwork and approvals
• Assist in the planning of direct mail and email campaigns
• Collaboration with marketing team on brand initiatives and project marketing campaigns
• Sourcing and coordination of estimates related to project marketing deliverables
• Event planning for community launches and special events
• Assist with coordination for photo and video shoots 
• Manage, organize and archive project files
• General administration and support functions

Requirements

• University level education (or equivalent)
• A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic design software such as Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per annum (plus bonus and benefits) 

The compensation range may vary based on the candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications.
