Internship overview
We are excited to offer university students with a passion for real estate an opportunity to be a ‘Polygoner’ for a 15-week (May 12 – August 22, 2025) internship/co-op. You will get to learn various aspects of our business and make strong connections within the industry. This will be an immersive experience, designed to provide you with a core focus on Development, Finance, Acquisitions, or Marketing, while also providing meaningful, integrative exposure to all of the other function groups.
Based out of our Vancouver head office, you will work alongside industry leaders on exciting projects and tasks, and gain valuable work experience. Consider this your next step towards a career in real estate!
What you can expect:
- Interesting projects and assignments: We want your internship to be an engaging and enriching experience! Work on ongoing Polygon communities and projects and make an impact from day one.
- “Polygon Academy”: Participate in a series of in-person sessions designed to give you an understanding of all aspects of real estate development, culminating in an integrative group case study presentation.
- Mentoring support: Experience on-going coaching and support from senior managers to gain a deeper understanding of the industry and how it relates to your individual career path.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Undergraduate students who are currently completing their third year of study, with preference given to students pursuing degrees in business
- Demonstrated interest in Real Estate through extra-curricular participation or activities, preferred
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate effective organization skills to meet business objectives
- Detail-oriented approach to carrying out responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Salary
- Salary: $3,750/month

- Summer Hours: Additional days off before Long Weekends and leave early every Friday
